I highly recommend this book by a former Russian oligarch, Mikhail Khodorkovsky, who was jailed by Putin for 10 years in Siberia since he posed a political threat to the presidency. Although Mikhail writes about his experience with the Russian justice system, I found many similarities between their system and the American one.
